These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EZ-Guess application, website, and related services (“Service”). The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: - Accuracy of match data or predictions - Uninterrupted or error-free operation - That leaderboards or scoring are perfectly accurate

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZ-Guess is not liable for: - Loss of data - Loss of ranking or points - Downtime or technical failures - Damages caused by use or inability to use the Service

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a harmful or unlawful manner. You may stop using the Service at any time.
